Who is Vestige for?

Heritage-service businesses — workshops and shops whose work is skilled, physical and trust-based. The first vertical is rug care and restoration: shops handling cleaning, repair, restoration, valuation, and sale & consignment of handmade and antique rugs. Further craft verticals follow the same preset model.

What does early access include?

A working multi-tenant system: tracked jobs with full stage history, customer and item records, and audit logging throughout. Early-access partners shape the roadmap — write to hello@zelicra.com.

Does Vestige support Arabic?

Yes by design — the platform is built on a bilingual English/Arabic foundation from the schema up, in line with the rest of the Zelicra suite serving the GCC. The Arabic UI is being completed during early access.

What makes it different from generic job software?

Vertical presets. Industry terminology adapts per trade via JSON presets, so the platform speaks each trade's language out of the box — a piece has an owner and a history, work moves through skilled stages, valuation and consignment live beside cleaning and repair.

Where is data hosted, and is it isolated per business?

EU-hosted, with every tenant's data scoped to that tenant and every action audit-logged — the same operating standard as the rest of the Zelicra suite.
